  3. We create your leasing offer and upload it to the leasing provider.
  4. Your employer and the leasing provider review the application.
  5. After approval, we ship your bike directly to your home.
  6. Your leasing term automatically starts with your next payslip.

Leasing process step by step

  • Reservation & Offer Approval

    Simply choose your desired leasing model from all the displayed bicycles – including a lock and optional accessories. Add your selection to the shopping cart and click on “Start leasing application” there. Once you have completed the ordering process, we will send you a confirmation. Afterwards, we will create the appropriate leasing offer for your respective leasing provider and upload the documents promptly to the corresponding provider portal. As soon as your offer is ready for approval, we will inform you.

  • Validation

    So that you can use your new bicycle as soon as possible, we ask you to promptly complete the steps for offer validation that we will send you after your order.

  • Approval by Employer & Leasing Provider

    After your confirmation, your application will first be reviewed by your employer and then approved by the responsible leasing provider.

  • Shipping

    As soon as we have received the approval, we will send your bicycle along with the chosen accessories directly to your home. You will then receive an email with the shipment tracking, so you can keep an eye on your delivery at all times.

  • Takeover

    If you are satisfied with your leased bicycle, please confirm the takeover in the corresponding portal. Please note: Once the takeover confirmation has been sent, it is no longer possible to reverse the order!

  • Lease start

    With your next pay slip, the first monthly leasing installment will be automatically deducted from your gross wage – this officially marks the start of your leasing period.

1. How does leasing work with Keskin E-Bike?

You choose your electric bicycle, add it to the shopping cart, and select the option “Leasing” at checkout. After you enter your personal information, we automatically start the entire leasing process for you. You no longer need to fill out a separate form.



2. Do I have to fill out an additional form?

No. The entire process takes place directly through the checkout.
As soon as you select "Leasing" and enter your details, we take care of everything else.

3. What happens after the leasing checkout?

We automatically send your data to the chosen leasing provider.
Afterwards, the employer and leasing provider review the application.
Once approval is granted, we send your bicycle directly to your home.

4. How long does the approval of the leasing application take?

Most approvals take place within 24–72 hours, depending on the employer and provider.

5. Which leasing providers support Keskin E-Bike?

We cooperate with all common service bicycle leasing providers such as: JobRad, Bikeleasing.de, BusinessBike, Deutsche Dienstrad, Easy Bike Leasing, Company Bike, Lease a Bike, Eurorad, Mein-Dienstrad, and Firmen Radl.

6. Which Keskin e-bikes can I lease?

All Keskin e-bike models with a minimum retail price of €750 are eligible for leasing.
Accessories such as locks, luggage racks, or baskets can also be included.



7. How much can I save with leasing?

By means of salary conversion for tax purposes, you usually save 30–40 % compared to direct purchase – depending on your gross salary and the chosen leasing provider.

8. Is private use of a leased electric bicycle allowed?

Yes! Private use is fully permitted – also on weekends and in everyday life.

9. Can I use my company bicycle during vacation?

Yes. Vacation and leisure use is expressly permitted with modern company bike models.

10. What happens when I change employers?

As a rule, the new employer can take over the leasing contract.
If that is not possible, the leasing provider offers alternative solutions.

11. What happens in case of theft or accident?

All leasing providers include a comprehensive insurance including theft protection.
You report the damage to the provider – the insurance takes care of the rest.

12. What happens at the end of the leasing period?

You can often take over your e-bike at the end of the term for an attractive residual value – or simply lease a new model.

13. Can I lease several bicycles?

Many employers allow several company bicycles. Whether this is possible depends on the internal company rules.

14. Will my e-bike be delivered later than regular orders?

No. We will send your e-bike immediately after the leasing approval.
