For many years, we at Keskin have proudly manufactured high-quality electric bicycles (Keskin E-Bike). Now we are expanding our range and also producing traditional bicycles, which are offered under the brand Keskin Bike based in Germany.

Especially our Mountain Bike Series (Keskin MTB1) includes models in sizes 20", 24", 26", and 29". These mountain bikes impress with their robust design, high-quality craftsmanship, and attractive colors.

Choosing the right bicycle is crucial for a safe and enjoyable ride. The frame size is proportional to your height.

3. Differences between aluminum and steel frames in bicycles

Aluminum frame: At Keskin Bikes, we consistently use aluminum frames. These bikes are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and comfortable. Scratches or impacts do not cause rust, and the bikes remain durable.
Steel frame: More robust but heavier. Scratches or wear can cause rust. Steel frame bikes are often more affordable.
Advantage: Aluminum frames on bikes improve riding performance and maintain the elegant design over the long term.

4. Care and Durability of the Keskin MTB

Keskin mountain bikes require very little maintenance. Regular cleaning and proper use help maintain performance and durability. Detailed care instructions can be found in your bike's user manual.

5. Are Keskin MTB’s covered by the warranty?

The frame is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Mechanical parts, wear and tear, or damage caused by falls/collisions are not included in the warranty.

9. For which conditions are Keskin MTB’s not suitable?

Keskin MTB’s are not designed for extreme conditions. Falls from great heights, jumps, mud, or intense use in rough terrain can affect performance and safety. Always use your bike under normal and intended conditions.

10. Can I return or exchange my bicycle?

Yes. The return period is 14 days. The bicycle must be unused and in its original packaging to receive a full refund. For used bicycles, a depreciation is taken into account, which the customer agrees to.
