Shipment

How long does delivery take?

We deliver your order within 5-7 working days.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you always know where your order is and when it will arrive.

Are there any shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

When will the goods be shipped?

Once the order is received, it is checked immediately and then prepared in the warehouse, packaged, labeled for shipping and picked up by the delivery service. Now the goods can make their way to you

What engine power do the e-bikes have?

The motor has 36V, 250 watts and 46 NM torque.


How long does the battery last? What range do the e-bikes have?

How long the battery lasts and how far you can get with it obviously depends on your driving style. With our e-bikes you can achieve an average range of around 70 km.


How long does it take to charge the battery?

The battery charges in around 6.5 hours.


Can you ride the e-bike well on inclines?

The e-bike can handle inclines without any problems and without you having to sweat.


Can you attach trailers or child seats?

You can attach both trailers and child seats.


How long is my warranty?

The warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase.

The statutory warranty period is two years from delivery of the e-bikes. Within this period, the buyer has the right to subsequent performance, i.e. either the elimination of the defect (repair) or the delivery of a defect-free e-bike (replacement delivery).

In the event that the buyer discovers a defect during the warranty or guarantee period, he is obliged to immediately report this to the seller or the manufacturer and to make the e-bike available for inspection and repair.

Where can I find my order number?

After placing your order, you will receive an email in which you will find, among other things, the order number.


Can I place an order by telephone?

Unfortunately, telephone orders are not possible for security reasons. An order is therefore only possible via our online shop.


Which countries do you deliver to?

Shipping is currently limited to Germany, the EU countries and Switzerland.

How can I cancel my order?

Can you cancel orders that have already been shipped?

Yes, it is possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped within the cancellation period of 14 days. To do this, please contact our service department by email at info@keskin-ebike.com or by phone at +49 (0) 30 6293 802 90.


How can I return my order?

To do this, contact our service by email at info@keskin-ebike.com, or by phone at +49 (0) 30 6293 802 90. If there is something wrong with the order, you will be asked to send photos that prove this. You can then arrange a pickup appointment. Please keep the product packaging for such cases.
