How long does the battery last? What range do the electric bicycles have?
How long the battery lasts and how far you can go with it naturally depends on your riding style. With our electric bicycles, you can reach an average range of about 70 km.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
The battery charges in about 6.5 hours.
Can the electric bike also be ridden well on inclines?
The electric bike handles inclines effortlessly and without making you sweat.
Can trailers or child seats be attached?
One can attach both trailers and child seats.
How long is my warranty?
The warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of purchase.
The statutory warranty period is two years from the delivery of the e-bikes. Within this period, the buyer has the right to subsequent performance, that is either the removal of the defect (repair) or the delivery of a defect-free e-bike (replacement delivery).
In the event that the buyer discovers a defect during the warranty or guarantee period, they are obliged to notify the seller or the manufacturer immediately and to make the e-bike available for inspection and repair.

Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, telephone orders are not possible for security reasons. An order can therefore only be placed through our online shop.
To which countries do you deliver?
Currently, shipping is limited to Germany, the EU countries, and Switzerland.

How can I send back my order?
For this, please contact our service by email at info@keskin-ebike.com, or by phone at +49 (0) 30 6293 802 92. If there is something wrong with the order, you will be asked to send photos that prove this. Afterwards, you can arrange a pickup appointment. Please keep the product's packaging for such cases.
