2. Status of compliance with the requirements

We are actively working to fix the known issues to achieve full compliance.
3. Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not yet or only partially accessible for the following reasons:
Basis of the inconsistencies:
The website is currently undergoing a comprehensive technical and design revision to improve accessibility. This process is not yet complete. There is still work to be done – not all goals have been fully achieved yet:
Currently, this specifically concerns the following areas:
Perceivability
- For important informative images (such as the logo and product images), meaningful alternative texts are still missing in some places.
- Tables and page headings/structures are not always correctly marked up, which makes usage difficult for screen readers.
- In some places, the color contrasts between text and background still do not meet the required minimum values, which can affect readability.
- Zooming to 200% does not work for all displays in the shop.
Usability
- The main navigation in the header area is not yet fully accessible by keyboard.
- The visible focus when navigating with the Tab key is often weak or not visible at all.
- Consistent keyboard navigation and skipping of sections are not yet guaranteed everywhere.
- The minimum size of clickable elements is still not reached everywhere.
Comprehensibility
- Various linguistic and content-related requirements – especially language-specific criteria – are not yet fully adapted everywhere.
Compatibility
- Name, role, and value of elements are not always correctly recognized or output by assistive technologies.
User preferences
- Individual settings such as preferred font sizes or contrast adjustments cannot yet be freely selected on all pages.
Note on technical and economic limitations
We do our best to remove as many barriers as possible. However, we sometimes encounter limits – for example, when older content is involved, special third-party plugins are used, or our webshop theme brings technical restrictions. In some cases, the effort is so high that adjustments are currently not feasible. Some barriers can therefore only be resolved with a major technical update or a complete relaunch.
We keep all known obstacles in view and regularly check whether new solutions are possible. Where feasible, we implement improvements as part of major updates or future developments.
Planned measures and schedule:
We are working with high priority to eliminate the most significant barriers as quickly as possible. Our goal is to fix the essential deficiencies by the 4th quarter of 2025.
4. Creation of this Accessibility Statement

The accessibility assessment was carried out through a self-assessment by our company.

6. Enforcement and Arbitration Procedures
If you do not receive a satisfactory response to your message via the feedback contact mentioned above within a reasonable period (usually four weeks), you can involve an arbitration board. The arbitration board's task is to support out-of-court dispute resolution in conflicts regarding accessibility between people with disabilities and website providers.
The contact details of the responsible arbitration board will be published here as soon as it is legally designated.
7. Competent Supervisory Authority
A market surveillance authority will be responsible for monitoring the accessibility of this website. This authority has not yet been named. As soon as this authority is available, it will be listed here with name and address.

This website is an online shop for the sale of e-bikes and accessories. Products are presented here that can be added to an electronic shopping cart and then ordered and paid for bindingly.
The website has a header and a footer menu. In the header menu, our products are listed by category. The shopping cart can also be accessed and the ordering process initiated via the header menu. The ordering process is only bindingly completed by the final button ("Buy" or similar). Before that, the process can be canceled at any time.
