What does the program for the Eurobike Bike Tours 2024 look like?
FahrRad! Action Day in the GrünGürtel Educational Area (June 16, 2024)
On June 16, it’s that time again: Frankfurt explores the GrünGürtel by bike for the eighteenth time. Whether with friends, family, or alone – everyone cycles around the city on two, three, or unicycles, with or without electric assistance. The 65 km route focuses on the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Cyclists are invited to learn about the SDGs and commit to their implementation.
You can start between 10 AM and 5 PM at one of the 18 stations. At your own pace, plan and ride your individual GrünGürtel tour, as far as you want, maybe even the entire route.
069 GRAVEL 2024 powered by EUROBIKE (June 21–23, 2024)
From June 21 to 23, 2024, pure gravel vibes await you in Frankfurt when the Gravel Club Lounge returns as part of 069 Gravel powered by EUROBIKE. The Gravel Club Frankfurt invites you to experience the region’s most beautiful gravel routes over three days.
The Gravel Club Lounge celebrated its successful premiere at EUROBIKE in summer 2022. Since then, Frankfurt has become firmly established in the Gravel Club, and many kilometers have already been logged on the way to EUROBIKE – and it continues!
EUROBIKE City Parade (June 30, 2024)
On Sunday, June 30, 2024, the big bike demonstration under the motto “Everyone rides a bike” will take place again. The wide streets offer plenty of space for all types of bicycles, including multi-track special bikes, cargo bikes, trailers, and tandems.
The parade will be ridden at a leisurely pace so that older people and children can easily join in. Bike DJ Dom Whiting from the UK will provide the perfect atmosphere with exciting beats.
Are there other fairs at Eurobike 2024?
The fair focuses on global future topics. Both during the Eurobike Business Days from July 3 to 5 and on the weekend with the Festival Days, the organizers emphasize the megatrends of health, sport, mobility, technology, and sustainability.
The event is evolving from a sports and bike fair into a mobility platform. The 2024 fair brings new formats and services: new camping options for exhibitors, guided theme tours, additional networking events, the premiere of 'Virtual Hero' with Active E-Sports, expanded test tracks in public spaces, and a pop-up office in the Massif Central.
“Eurobike is developing relentlessly and is increasingly positioning itself as the mobility fair of the future in Frankfurt,” says Eurobike project manager Dirk Heidrich.
