Terms and Conditions - Keskin E-Bike C1 Sweepstakes

1. Organizer

Organizer of this contest is Berlin Tyres Europa GmbH, Holzhauser Str. 182, 13509 Berlin, Germany.

The contest is in no way connected to Instagram, Facebook or TikTok and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by these platforms in any way.

2. Participation requirements

Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany.

Participation is only possible if all the following conditions are fully met:

  • Like of the contest post
  • Following the official Keskin E-Bike social media channel
  • Tagging two friends in the comments
  • Registration for the Keskin E-Bike Newsletter (mandatory!)

Each participant may participate in the contest only once.

Excluded from participation are:

  • Employees of the organizer and their relatives
  • Persons who use automated or manipulative methods to participate
  • Participants with fake accounts (fake profiles, contest accounts, bots)
  • Participants who use multiple social media accounts to participate

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in case of violations or attempts of manipulation.

The winner must provide a valid German delivery address. A subsequent change of the address is not possible.

3. Promotion Period

The contest runs during the following period:

  • Start: 17.03.2025, 00:00 (CET)
  • End: 31.03.2025, 23:59 (CET)
  • Winner announcement: by no later than 14.04.2025

The winner will be determined by random draw among all participants who have met all participation requirements.

4. Prize & Redemption

The winner will receive a Keskin E-Bike C1 valued at €2,199.

The prize is non-transferable, and cash payment or exchange is excluded.

The prize will be shipped free of charge within Germany to the address provided by the winner.

If the winner does not accept or cannot accept the prize, the claim expires without replacement.

If the winner provides incorrect or incomplete address information, the prize cannot be resent and will be forfeited.

The prize is awarded without warranty or guarantee. The organizer assumes no liability for technical defects or damage during shipping.

5. Winner Notification & Deadlines

  • The winner will be announced by email and in a story on the official Keskin E-Bike social media channel.
  • The winner must respond within 14 days after the first notification and provide their complete shipping details.
  • If no response is received within this period, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.

If the winner does not respond to the email notification, a second contact attempt via a direct message on social media may be made.

The organizer reserves the right to request proof of identity (e.g., identity card) to verify the information provided.

6. Data Protection

By participating, the participant agrees that in the event of winning, their social media name will be publicly disclosed.

The personal data required for the contest will be used exclusively for the execution of the contest and will not be passed on to third parties.

Right of withdrawal:

Consent to data processing can be revoked at any time. However, a revocation leads to exclusion from the contest.

The collected personal data will be used only for the execution of the contest and deleted no later than 30 days after the prize has been shipped.

If the prize shipment is carried out by an external service provider, the data necessary for delivery will be passed on exclusively for this purpose.

7. Disclaimer & Miscellaneous

  • The organizer assumes no liability for technical malfunctions that impair or make participation in the contest impossible.
  • Legal recourse is excluded.
  • If the contest cannot be conducted as planned due to force majeure, technical problems, or other important reasons, Berlin Tyres Europa GmbH reserves the right to change or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

  • Participation via automated methods (e.g., bots) is not permitted.
  • If the winner's social media account is deactivated or blocked during the contest period, the entitlement to the prize expires.

8. Applicable Law

  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
  • The place of jurisdiction for all disputes related to this contest is Berlin, the registered office of Berlin Tyres Europa GmbH.

If any provision of these terms and conditions of participation is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
